Town house in the beautiful town of Selva. In need of complete renovation.
A renovation project is included and approved and processed at the town hall in April 2023. All architect fees and taxes are paid for.
Southeast facing plot with great views (you can even see the bay of Alcudia).

In the new project a a 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom house with amazing views is presented with the possibilty of a 3rd bedroom. There is a garage, a covered outdoor kitchen, laundry room and on the top floor a spacious open plan kitchen and living room opening up onto a 10 meter wide terrace, again with amazing views.
