The house is located in a quiet cul de sac street and a short stroll away from the town square with restaurants and cafes. The leveled garden offers a 12 m2 swimming pool at the top with breathtaking views of the South East. Next to the swimming pool is a little studio that can be used for example as a home office or an art studio. One level below is the terrace with dining table for 6 persons, from here you have direct access to the 1st floor of the house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.There is a roof top terrace at the front of the house with 180 degree views of the island and part of the village.
At the ground floor level there is an outdoor lounge area. The first floor of the house offers an entrance with on one side the living room and on the other side the dining room. At the garden side there is a kitchen with breakfast bar and a utility room.

Being located only a few minute drive away from Inca, you can enjoy the tranquility of Selva but still be able to go to Inca to do some serious shopping.
